Reason why I support Drew McIntyre now vs back then is because back then, Drew entered WWE with a gimmick that he’s entitled but with no experience. Just a good look because Vince said so. Of course the fans wasn’t gonna get behind that. The fact that he came back but went through NXT to help build a new persona established him as a main eventer. And which is what prepared him to be WWE Champion.

I really, really hope they have a long run with Drew. He's only 34 and can easily keep the title for a couple of years like the old days and establish it as a title that's not easy to win and change hands.
