Charlotte Flair puts her championship on the line against Asuka's undefeated streak at WrestleMania

This was easily one of the worst booking decisions of that year. Ridiculous Flair didn’t put her over. Standard for her, fairly, but Asuka is an undeniable talent.

I gotta say something about this. This is got to be one of the best promo matches in women's wrestling. This is the definition of the highest and you could say the gold standard. Hats off to Charlotte Flair and Asuka for the exchanging words and bringing up their own respective accolates. I wish and hope that the women's wrestling standards will be higher and have greater bookings for a 5-star matches like this.

Not gonna lie, this video never gets old to watch indeed. Much as the Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles' dream match!

Typical of WWE to ruin an Asian legend’s momentum in favor of their favorite white superstar. Ember Moon should’ve ended Asuka’s streak. But, of course, they would never give 2 people of color that level of success.

Looking back you can see just how bad the decision was to end Asuka's streak to Charlotte so soon after being brought up to the main roster. Shortly after her win Charlotte dropped the belt to Carmella of all people and then they wasted Asuka by having her in a stupid feud with Carmella. They could have built up a god feud between Asuka and Charlotte, but looking back all I see is that Asuka put over much lesser talent whenever she was ask to do so and Charlotte seemingly unwilling to put over anyone except her 4 Horsemen buddies.
