Paul London and Brian Kendrick defended their tag team titles against Dave Taylor and William Regal at Armageddon 2006. Teddy Long came out, made it a ladder match and added two more teams. It was MNM and The Hardy Boys. The Hardys double teamed Taylor and then MNM too. Jeff hit Kendrick with a ladder. Nitro tried to jump on London but he dodged him. They picked Mercury up and threw him outside on Nitro. Matt jumped outside on Taylor, Jeff tried to jump on London but he dodged him. Matt stopped Kendrick from grabbing the title. London hit Matt with a dropkick and then Kendrick jumped on him. The Hardys would do this spot with MNM, where the ladder hit Mercury in the face and he got legitimately injured. Taylor threw Kendrick on the ladder and then tossed him. Regal threw London onto the ladder. Regal tried to climb the ladder but he was terrified. Kendrick stopped Taylor and Regal threw him out. Nitro stopped Jeff from jumping. Nitro jumped on Regal with the ladder. London hit Nitro with a dropkick. Matt threw Kendrick off the ladder, London too but he also fell down. Jeff hit Nitro with a sunset powerbomb, then Kendrick caught William Regal. London punched Matt and quickly grabbed the titles to retain them.
